Color Rings: Wireless Phone Concept
Conceptualized by Javier Bertani, Ezequiel Castro and Vera Kade of the BKC design team; these rings require users to make hand gestures in order to engage and disengage in phone calls.

We've posted about an Interactive Mirror before... but this seems much more practical.
"The Cybertecture® Mirror is a reflective mirror with programmable applications and digital display for the home, office and public environments (hotels, hospitals, retail shops).
It can be used in an active or passive mode, controlled via its remote control (included) and/or smartphones (optional). Passively, the Cybertecture® Mirror remains as an everyday reflective mirror. Actively, the Cybertecture® Mirror interacts with users by delivering useful information as well as monitor your health via its peripheral sensor pad (included) and communicates with your computer, mobile phone, personal digital assistant to enhance your daily life."

Loewe Invisio
Designed by Michael Friebe, the Loewe Invisio combines conventional LCD with the latest TOLED display technology.
The design, which was shortlisted in the 2011 iF Concept Design competition, "[creates] non-transparent [and] solid moving pictures with rich color reproduction and full contrast range," designer Michael Friebe told Yanko Design.
